Not Happy With Your Solicitor?

If you are not happy with the current service you are receiving from your Solicitors and wish to transfer your case to Hilary Meredith Solicitors Limited please follow our online advice.

• Complete the Claim Form with your details and your current Solicitors and we will do the rest.
• Once we receive your details we will assess your claim and advise you on what to do FREE OF CHARGE.
• If we decide to take on your case we will contact your previous Solicitors for you.

You need to know that your current Solicitors may be entitled to ask for payment of their base costs from the date your instructed them. Most Solicitors will agree to wait until the conclusion of your case for payment of their fees, but we can advise you on this procedure once we have spoken to your former Solicitors.

For the avoidance of doubt until we contact you in writing with confirmation we can take your case on we have not agreed to accept your case.
