HILARY Meredith Solicitors has announced its first internal partner promotions.
Associates Clare White and Gary Boyd are both part of the firm’s serious injury and military claims department.
Clare has been with the Wilmslow-based practice since 2007 and now heads the department, which specialises in cases involving injuries against the Ministry of Defence.
She has represented servicemen injured in Iraq and Afghanistan and has achieved settlements of up to £5.5m.
Gary joined the firm in 2008 and has experience of a variety of personal injury claims.
Recent successes include a claim against the MoD for a young soldier who was bullied by an officer, and an RAF parachutist who suffered a spinal injury while on a training exercise.
