Hilary Meredith Solicitors value their teams and endeavour not only to recruit the best people for the role but also for the firm overall. During the last four years our team has grown to 34 employees who work in Serious Injury, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease, RTA/EL/PL and as Support Staff.
The offices are based in the town of Wilmslow which offers nice shops, coffee bars and the inspirational Aston Martin showroom down the road! There is a car park rota where team members have the opportunity to use the on-site car park spaces each month.
Hilary Meredith Solicitors encourages training and learning through in-house and external seminars and conferences. Information is then shared throughout the firm. We offer an annual Training Sponsorship for team members who wish to study a subject that would benefit themselves and the firm.
A childcare voucher scheme is available to those that qualify and we will support parents of young children as much as we can.
To ensure team members have access to relevant information we encourage membership of appropriate associations for example; APIL, MASS, AvMA.
We value our teams input into the firm and opinions are sought on our Business Aims, Client Care, effective working procedures etc.
We enjoy finishing work early on the last Friday of the month if the firm has reached or exceeded it's fee targets and then we all meet to enjoy a drink across the road from the office. During the summer we have previously enjoyed an afternoon out, which last year involved wellington boot throwing and egg & spoon race as well as a BBQ! The Christmas festivities have always been enjoyed and entertaining.
