Assistant to Senior Partner/Director
Fantastic opportunity for someone who has completed with LPC and is interested in working in a renown personal injury firm. The candidate must have taken and passed their personal injury electives and have a good understanding of the personal injury procedures. This position could lead on to a Training Contract after 12 months if the candidate shows appitude in the role and is successful. The tasks involve:
- Sitting in on Counsel conferences
- Taking and preparing notes at meetings/conferences
- managing Senior Partner/Director's diary - booking appointments
- taking clear and concise messages
- working on serious injury cases (under supervision). Taking statements, sending letters, arranging medicals etc
- Booking travel arrangements
- photocopying
- popping to the shops for supplies or even the dry cleaning!

Trainee Solicitor position
Applications for Training contracts are being invited from outstanding applicants. You need to prove your interest in personal injury claimant work through passing your PI elective and having some experience of working in the personal injury claimant environment. The applicant will be able to use their initiative and be enthusiastic about representing injured people in their right to compensation.
Paralegals/Litigation Executives
Exciting positions are available to experienced paralegals/legal execs who have worked in the RTA/EL/PL Claimant industry. You will have been responsible for your own caseload and generated good fees in over the past few years.
Claimant Personal Injury Solicitors
Experienced catastrophic solicitor who has a proven track record in assisting claimants.
