Please read the following terms (the 'Terms') carefully. They govern the use of the www.hmsolicitors.co.uk web site and the Hilary Meredith App. By using these sites, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms. This is to be read in conjunction with the Privacy policy.
Our terms and conditions are simple. We do not charge for the download or use of the Hilary Meredith smartphone app.
By submitting details of your accident to us you authorise us (and our service partners) to contact you by telephone and to deal with the claim on your behalf. If you decide not to use our partners and ask us to forward a copy of the Hilary Meredith App report to another party (including, for example, your insurer) you agree that we can charge them an administration fee of £25 plus VAT for doing so.
Whilst we are very careful to ensure that the Hilary Meredith App is as useful as possible we cannot guarantee the outcome of your claim and do not accept any liability for this.
At your request we will arrange recovery and storage of your vehicle following an accident or other incident. You will be liable for payment of the reasonable cost of such recovery and storage. Our charges will be calculated by reference to the statutory charges set-out by the Government in consultation with the Association of British Insurers. Depending on the type of policy you have, and the nature of your claim, you may be able to recover these costs from your motor insurer.
Telephone calls to us our free from BT landlines. Calls from other networks, may be charged and you should check with your provider.
You will not make or cause to permit to be made adaptations, modifications or variations of the app.
You will not rent, lend, assign or transfer the whole or any part of the app or any of its rights in it in any way.
You will not disassemble, decompile, reverse translate or in any other manner decode or reverse engineer the app.
Your right to use the app will terminate automatically on breach by you of these terms or by service of notice.
