Vaginal mesh claims are in the news again.

If you had vaginal mesh surgery as an NHS patient in England & Wales and have suffered any of the following symptoms/problems:

When the mesh protrudes through the vaginal wall and damages internal tissue;

Vaginal scarring;

Fistula formation;

Painful intercourse;

Bladder infections;

You may be able to make a claim against for pain, suffering and loss of amenity, for implants that were not correctly inserted and/or on the basis that you were given the wrong information or advice or a failure to provide you with informed consent.
