VJ Day - 15 August

We owe a huge debt to those who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today.

Over the last 37 years acting for members of our armed forces all over the world, I’ve witnessed the sacrifices made by our forces and their families all too often.

As we remember 80 years since Japan surrendered in World War II, bringing the war to an end the war, I pay tribute to our troops who fought in the Asia Pacific – and all over the world. Lest we forget.
