Hilary Meredith Solicitors shortlisted in two categories at Personal Injury Awards

Hilary Meredith Solicitors has been shortlisted in two national categories at the Personal Injury Awards 2025.

The firm has been shortlisted for Claimant Team of the Year and Outstanding Case of the Year following the initial judging process.

After a 9-year legal battle, Hilary Meredith Solicitors this year reached a landmark settlement with the Ministry of Defence on behalf of armed forces service personnel who suffered physical and psychological side-effects after being prescribed controversial anti-malarial drug Lariam. The settlement marked the end of the David and Goliath type legal action with the MoD previously accused of adopting a “deny until they die” approach to proceedings.

The Personal Injury Awards highlight and celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the sector.

Each category is designed to capture the spirit and application of high standards of practice, recognising the achievements of individuals and teams.

Hilary Meredith Solicitors has a track record of success at the Personal Injury Awards with founder and chair Hilary Meredith-Beckham a three-time winner of the Lawyer of the Year accolade.
